Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

OAK TREE QUALITY DESIGN CO. SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are processed within 8-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Oak Tree ‘Process’ Definition: (there are 2 stages to processing)

Stage 1: Once your order is placed it will take a minimum of 5 business days for us to receive the order, complete the paperwork, ensure stock is available, complete the in-house printing and package your order. 

Stage 2: Once it is shipped it may take another 3-10 business days to receive.

Completion of your order will take approximately 8-15 business days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact us via FB Messenger, or email to oaktreequality@outlook.com 

You can choose to change your shipping method at check out but please understand that this will not change the speed in which your order is processed, only how fast Canada Post will deliver from the time they receive the order.
