Refund policy

Oak Tree Quality Design Co. will not be offering refunds or returns on products purchased at this time. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service due to the majority of our products being ‘made to order’. Hopefully in the future a refund/return option will be available.

Until then, we are more than happy to offer an exchange!

*sale items are final sale items therefore cannot be exchanged. 

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

Step 1: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Step 2: Proof of purchase or a receipt will need to be sent along with the product.

Step 3: To start an exchange, you can contact us at oaktreequality@outlook.com. After receiving your exchange request, and the request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.

Step 4: Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address:

**you MUST include the receipt/purchase order, order #, the size you wish to exchange for, and your contact/mailing details 

Step 5: If there is a monetary difference in the exchanged product and the customer owes Oak Tree Quality Design Co., you will be notified to submit payment via e-transfer, or over the phone with debit/credit card. If the difference is a credit to the customer, we will contact you to ensure you receive the correct credit amount via e-transfer or credit returned to debit/credit card when we ship the exchanged item.

Step 6: We will mail out the exchanged product once we receive the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as customized, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, bath bombs, perfume, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
